Preserving a Historic Modernist Icon with Fleetwood
Fleetwood helps restore timeless design
Fleetwood is proud to take part in Modernism Week, a celebrated event honoring mid-century modern design, architecture, art, and culture in Palm Springs, CA. One standout project is the restoration of a home originally designed by Stan Sackley and Steve Chase in 1976—a unique blend of mid-century and brutalist design.
Fleetwood’s touch of perfection
A recent update by Roger Stoker and Michael Ostrow of Grace Home Furnishings focused on preserving the home's minimalist aesthetic while integrating contemporary performance. Fleetwood’s high-performance windows and doors were instrumental in maintaining the clean lines and open feel of the original design, all while enhancing energy efficiency and durability.
